The second Rally of Electric Mobility for Central Germany will take place from Friday, June 5 to Sunday June 7, 2015 in the beautiful city of Leipzig. Enthusiasts for electric mobility will come together for three days and enjoy a special rally adventure in a picturesque region.

Organization and structure

The rally is initiated and organized by a team around the entrepreneur and e-mobility pioneer Mr. Lutz Förster. Project Partners of this rally are amongst others the fair?? 1000 Jahre Leipzig e.V., the city of Merseburg as well as the Grüne Ring (Green Ring) of Leipzig with its joining municipality Borsdorf and the town of Zwenkau.

On Saturday, June 6, the Neuseenland Tour (New Lakes Tour) leads you from the paddock at Bruno-Plache-Stadion via Borsdorf along the Green Ring to Kap Zwenkau. That day you have to fulfill exciting tasks. The best ones will receive an award at the drivers’ party in the evening.

The next day, Sunday, June 7, the 1000 Jahre Leipzig Tour (1000 Years of Leipzig Tour) guides you via several stopovers close to the city of Leipzig to its historical roots in Merseburg. There, you will be greeted by the people of Merseburg at the main square in front of its cathedral and the castle.

The grand finale of the rally will be the award ceremony of the different categories on Sunday afternoon.

At all stopovers you will find charging possibilities, activities of the sponsors and partners, time to exchange of views about the vehicles with other participants and visitors as well as test drives. The rally organizers will be present at all stopovers.
